Cafe Coton Cavendish has a dubious business practi

I went to buy a shirt of R1200 today and met a sales lady who would not offer a receipt after I had used my card for paying for the goods. After much convincing I received my receipt written by hand and left the store. I decided on another brand name shirt and returned the shirt I bought at Cafe Cotton and to my surprise they would not refund me my R1200 even after they had accepted the shirt back. I now have paid and have no goods to show for it ... I am fighting back however my lawyers will be in contact with them soon to get them to give back my money. The Nigerian owner named Jerry was very rude and would not offer any help but will soon know that South Africa has laws and he must abide by them.
