WARNING : Cafe Carwash, Victoria Road, Pietermaritzburg

WARNING - I delivered my car for a full day valet at 6.45 a.m. and when I went to collect it at 4.15 pm I passed my car on the pavement outside their premises, facing oncoming traffic, half on the kerb, windows, doors and bonnet open, surrounded by a number of males! When I saw my registration number I thought my car had been hijacked! The washing staff had decided to jump start 'a friend's vehicle' ... on top of which they actually asked the young female manager who GAVE PERMISSION!!! To top that was the fact that there was not a single seat in my vehicle, it was a shell, because my seats were all drying in the sun inside their establishment. Not in a long time have I been this angry - the owner could only say sorry and refunded me the R700 fee I had already paid upfront. I pointed out I would have fired the young lady as well as the offending staff members - there would have been no compensation for me should the vehicle have been damaged in an accident, ****** or whatever else. This was THEFT.
