Terrible service

<p>Starts off with waitress getting my order wrong. Then to get service for something as simple as cutlery took about 10 mins. No one comes to ask if all is fine with your meal. The shocking part was the bill when I was charged for the incorrect order and thecorrect order. When I questioned it the owner of the Cafe told me that the waitress said she didn't get the order wrong I was at fault. Then he goes on to say "You can decide what you want to pay since you have a conscience". Out of principle I only paid for what a ate. Appalling experience left me still wondering how this place could've won the Mercedes Benz excellence award for resturant. </p>
