No service

I met with a friend who I hadn't seen in a long time. We were handed menus and shown to our seats at 13h05. We chatted and chatted and then noticed that it was 13h30 and that no-one had come to serve us. We got up and left because we had spent our lunch time and it wouldn't have been viable to alert anyone for service then. Unacceptable
