Cafe au Lait - More like Cafe au Dirt

Had an upsetting experience at Cafe au Lait in the 6th Ave, Walmer, Shopping Centre. The owner/managers is completely lacking in people s****s and absolutely disgusted me with her verbal assault.

I ordered a cappuccino and realised that l had been given a dirty cup. No, the coffee had not slopped, as the waitress brought it to me. It was encrusted and had obviously not been washed at all, and in addition had a black streak down the cup. I told a waitress, not the pleasant waitress who had served me. She agreed it was unacceptable and that she would pass on the message. She didn't and l then told the manageress/owner. No apology, instead she said that l would now be besmirching her integrity, if l shared my experience on social media and was l going to continue sitting there. I had just paid for the unpleasant experience, and she was basically telling me not to sit there. Vile woman. I'm in the centre, almost daily. I will NEVER support her again, and will ensure that l share my experience as often as l can.
