Manager's aggressive response leaves bad taste

I have been a patron for some years. I went for breakfast this morning & ordered an omelette. For the first time ever the omelette arrived with the ham slices whole, i.e. Undiced. I merely asked the waiter if this was supposed to be this way. He disappeared only to be confronted by a very annoyed Manager saying \Mam' what's the problem!".
