Poor waiting and service

I'm a regular patron at caf? 141 and in more than one instance I have experienced prejudicial service .the waiters seem to have code of conduct were they attend their preferred customers with a descent urgency and everyone else when they have to which is not satisfactory. I'm boycotting the caf? until the management has a look into thei code of practise.
