Very very very poor service

This is a very poor online service (Ca***o), I have ever received from online purchase. I doubt if this company is legit it's been full 2 months waiting for my parcel I don't get it, when I check the Bpost they saying will deliver my parcel it's been a month now when I trace my parcel it says it is in Belgium , no movement. I dont even know where to complain.
