Cafe fleur sandton

I went to see them for helping me with decor for my wedding. They did a mock-up table for my wedding. I did not like the flowers so i told them i got someone else to do my flowers, but I'm still interested in some of their decor items such as the new rose gold under plates and the fairy lights, which they need to go set up at the venue. I received the new quote and paid the deposit three hours after that. A few days after that i received an email telling me they do not have the under plates available anymore. So I asked for proof that someone elses deposit was paid before mine. They did not have answers for that. My mother phoned and they said because I don't take the flowers anymore they cant give me the under plates any more, that it is very fragile and we cant handle it ourselves. My mom said but you going out to the venue anyway to do the fairy lights so you can take the under plates as well. I gave them chance to reply with a solution but they just ignore me. They couldn't wait for me to pay the deposit but when I did they come with this very bad service. Its unacceptable for them to tell me this after i paid the deposit and booked that decor for the 29 October 2016.
