Be careful who you speak to!
Completely *********** staff (Jean!) who doesn't understand the basic fundamentals of the auto-electrical equipment which he sells, provided incorrect information and, therefore, the incorrect part! He made no effort to accept the item for return since it had been opened (which he was completely aware would be one of our requirements) and has subsequently failed to follow through on an undertaking to do better research and provide a well-priced/discounted correct part instead. Pathetic salesman with pathetic standards of service and after-sales effort!

24 May 2022, 15:35I asked Jean from which end a starter motor direction of rotation is determined and he answered from the rear (non-gear) end. This is the wrong answer and, based on his reply, I ordered a CW motor.
He duly supp**** a CW motor but, since the CW designation is when looking at the bending end the motor turned opposite direction to our requirement.
After all the wasted time, when Jean couldn't be bothered to provide a speedy resolution by 4 days later ... we took our business elsewhere.
Maybe you could read the WhatsApp exchange a bit more carefully next time!
