To just be ignored, especially when in need of assistance, is the ultimate signal of disregard and inconsequence for a client. Over a period of weeks, numerous e-mails unresponded, never moved to assist. Not the type of brokerage I would recommend to place any trust in, also not my idea of "quality services" provided, or a "hands-on approach".
