No communication, no sense of urgency

Appalling service from Lloyd M who is assigned to our case alongside Thembi the receptionist. Lloyd is never in the office, unreachable on the telephone and does not have any communication skills whatsoever. It’s been over a year since documents have been submitted and zero communication. His manager, Cecile P does nothing about this even though I have reported this matter several times. I will now contact the OMBUDSMAN office to further assist.
