atrocious accomodation

<p>for one year we saved R28800 for our family trip to Bettys Bay but what we got instead was absolutely schocking and atrocious</p> <p>I will after this distribute mail to al the various accomodation sites to get this accomodation removed and I do believe I have all the right to do so</p> <p>If you have a look at the attachment you will see what we had to be satisfied with and no support from the owner at all</p> <p> </p> <p>We had to cancell two trips and also sat up for two nigths as the alram did not function at all or just went of without any apparent reason</p> <p>The place was filthy, the carpets were dirty and torn with a very bad smell,.In the kitchen the stove was pulled out of it's cabinet,and very dirty, the cupboard doors removed</p> <p>We also had to purchase pots, pans, slicing board & a can opener as those left for use were badly damaged and un serviceable. We also borrowed some cutlery from my wife's mother in Kleinmond</p> <p>Our bedroom had a single fleece as a duvet cover, the cupboard was than for a childs room and the sofa cover were torn</p> <p>Outside the braai area was bad taste and there were no grid. The smaller grids were alo very bad and filthy and I had to purchase a new one so we could braai</p> <p>The washing line were damaged and we tried to make some use of it. We could also not used the garage as it was locked and we were refuse access to it</p> <p>Inusent the helper was the only positive person to help us and was there every time we needed him without any questions A plus point for him but for the owner when we tried to contact them on hte alarm they refuse to assit us and just told us to wait until the end of January</p> <p>For R29000 this is absolutely a shocker and could have spend my money somewhere more effectively and for value</p> <p>Compare my pictures to those on the websites of all the various accomodation sites and you will see what a blatant lie by these owners</p> <p>We are still waiting for our deposit</p>
