guarantee NOT on working parts

Cachet taps carry a guarantee but NOT ON WORKING PARTS.<br> <br> When we had our kitchen redone the builder installed a Cachet tap. The spout has separated from the body of the kitchen mixer 4 times in 4 years. According to Cachet in Meadowdale the spout and the handles are considered working parts and are not covered by their warranty. Ever helpful they offered to suggest a plumber who I would have to pay.<br> <br> I've thrown the mixer away and replaced it with a HansGrohe at twice the price but I don't have to spend R650 on a plumber in every year. Very happy now.
