Unacceptable service

I had to make arrangements to get my daughter from school to home for one week. Ist for woman insurance suggested Cabs for woman. I booked and asked for a lady driver as my daughter is only 13 and will not feel comfortable with a man. I prepaid for the service. The first day was superb, a little pink car came to pick her up and a very niuce lady took her home. From there it went downhill as they were obviously overbooked and gave their overbooked work to a proper TAXI company. Imagine the embarassment for my daughter when a TAXI with a TAXI sign arrived to pick her up from school. Their name was Corporate cabs and they were all men. Yesterday was the last straw. The guy got lost and I had to give him directions to the school. Once he got there my daughters tells me that his boot was so full of ******* that there was no place for her suitcase. He then started to engage with her in the car asking her how much she paid for the transfer, why she was being transferred and then he hassled her for money, saying that his transfer was not paid.
