The owner of this business exploits single parent female tenants by harassing them in public and revealing to their neighbors about their late payments, and discusses and confederates about his intentions and plans, to other tenants about existing tenants who are late or behind with their rentals. He holds back tenants personal belongings, ect. Invites conflict with tenants etc. He is the lousiest owner of flats. He does not make provision for parking for tenants and when their cars are vandalised in street parkings and ****** he just shrugs, he is a bad business person and extremely unprofessional ********* and lacks social ettiquette. He goes by the name carlos capri and caution to all who wants to take a risk doing business with him. He robs widows and single parents of meagre belongings
