Can't get an invoice out of them

<p>I ordered a cable at the beginning of October 2016. Didn't get an invoice with my order. I requested an invoice several times during the week of 17 October 2016. I've now filed a return with Takealot to return the product, as I needed to have the invoice in by month end.</p>
