Absolutely pathetic company to deal with!

I purchased some items from Cablekiosk on the 1st of Oct 2018, i selected fast shipping. Today is the 10th and still no items. Once you place an order with Cablekiosk, they send an automated email stating that once your items have being shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. So far i haven't received that email. I had to email Andrew yesterday and ask him what is happening with my order. He then sent me a link to track my order via Fast 'n Furious Courier Company. I just got off the phone now with Fast 'n Furious, i provided the tracking number given to me by Andrew and they don't have any parcels with that tracking number. Cablekiosk customer service is absolutely pathetic, you cannot call this company at all, the number provided on their website doesn't work. you can only email them. If i bought these items via Takealot i would have had them last week Friday. Honestly don't waste your time buying from a company you cannot talk to via a phone and who sends you **** tracking details!!! Seriously, absolutely pathetic company to deal with!
