Worst ordering process

I sent an enquiry, no response so eventually called after 3 days. The person could not confirm how the personalised option worked when you placed the order online. Eventually order was raised on 20/07. First item only arrived 2 weeks later and was INCORRECT and inferior quality. Second item was received and also incorrect. New items were sent and it was still incorrect. Anda was brilliant in trying to resolve the issues but not sure where the inefficiencies in this business lies but it was an overall ********** experience. I received my correct items a month after placing the order.
