Terrible customer service and products

So I ordered a Huawei Mate 40 Pro cover and case from them online and was sent an email to say thank you for my purchase. When the package arrived (20:05:2021), upon checking, the phone cover was cracked and broken despite it being placed in bubble wrap, so that cannot be a coincidence. The phone case was not the same as it was on website as well. So I paid a shocking amount of money for items that was not up to standard.

I sent them an email to make them aware and request a refund, however their response time is utterly ridiculous. They said they'll provide me with a refund, and when I respond to the emails they take their own time to respond. They made time to contact me two days ago from an "unknown number" at a ********** time in the morning. Still awaiting a response since then.

Will never make a purchase from them again.
