Terrible customer service and product delivery.

Called to find out details about a product, said they would call me back. No response. Emailed. No response. Opted to place the order on 25 Oct 2021. Had to call 7 days later to enquire on what’s going on, only after my call did they arrange a courier.

DELIVERED THE WRONG PERSONALIZED ITEM!!!! They promised to rectify , call me back and reship the same day. Receive no call, no new shipping details and they not taking my calls.
