terrible

terrible. i emailed them before to make sure they are reliable and they rep**** back, but when i actually ordered something they stopped replying. it felt like someone took my money and left. I had no updates from the day i ordered my phone case to the day i received it, which was 3 weeks later, not close to the 9 working days they promised. the experience was stressful and i will not be recommending this to anyone. once they have your money, they don’t help with any queries.
