Something very ***** about how they operate

The contact details listed on their website do not work. I tried emailing and calling and sending WhatsApp messages to their business bot when my order didn't arrive within the timeframe that the website promised. Eventually I received an email from them from a very obscure address (***) which said they had been trying to contact me by email to confirm something on my order. This was not true. In any case, I advised that the order was a gift for my new nephew who I was traveling to France to meet and needed to get the item by the travel date. I received a tracking number from a Sarah and then my emails to this obscure address were blocked. The item arrived 5 days after I left to meet my nephew. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Shocking service.
