SHOCKING SERVICE / NON DELIVERY

No communication whatsoever on an order. Placed an order in November and it still has not arrived. Keep promising a date and the parcel doesn't come

Have requested a refund - lets see how long this will take! Very disappointing. Should have done my research on the company before i ordered. Hopefully this will save someone else the hassle and unnecessary aggravation
