******* Alert - Company does not deliver

Absolute ********. I have tried everything to get them to deliver my parcel. They make excuses and promise delivery dates and nothing happens. Tried calling them and they do not answer and then say they missed my call. Then I phone while they are showing online on Whatsapp and they still don't answer and respond. Then they say they will refund but no further communication and details. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
