Pathetic customer service.

This was my first purchase from Cable5 (Pty) Ltd and it's definitely my last. I ordered an item online on the 20th of October 2021 and i still have not received it. I sent the company an email on the 5th of November to follow-up on my order because they didn't care enough to inform me that there was going to be a delay in the shipping or delivery of my item and i am yet to receive a response from them.
