No Communication, 3-6 business delivery promised, still not delivered after 25 Business days

Placed an order on 15 February 2022, to date (28 March 2022) I have not received my parcel. I have received **** courier links stating that the parcel is out for delivery, but when contacting the courier, they informed me the parcel has not been picked up as it was not ready. Communication is horrible, Replies to emails once a week if you are lucky. Worst online shopping experience in my life.
