Goods Delivered as Promised

I registered an account with hellopeter just to show my appreciation for the Cable5 team.

Our son was to to be turning 5 on the 24th October 2021 and we had since purchased a Samsung A7 Lite at the beginning of the month. Seeing as the tablet was only recently released we struggled to find Cases suitable for a 5 year old.

While searching online and to our pleasant surprise, we discovered Cable5 had a number of shockproof cases in a variety of colours.

Seeing as we had never heard of the company we were quite skeptical as to whether we would actually receive our order after making a purchase, so I called the company on Monday 4th October 2021 at about 09h45 and spoke to a lady by the name of Shaita (I think) who informed us that goods are not kept on hand in their warehouse and that they would have to order the case from the supplier (I'm assuming China).

Shaita was incredibly helpful in helping us determine which of the 2 case options would be better suited to our 5 year old and we went with her advice. We took the plunge immediately and placed the order, expecting to wait 14 business days for our order.

13 business days later (including the Monday we placed our order) the product arrived in perfect condition.

In conclusion: we took a risk on a company we had never heard of, to deliver an order which would arrive after 14 business days (just days before we needed it) and they did exactly as promised!!

The only reason I can't give a 5 out of 5 stars was the inability to track my order from international supplier to my door, however once collected by local courier I could.

Your sales staff are excellent and your website is user friendly. Thank you for providing product options that Takealot and even Samsung couldn't offer.

We will definitely be ordering from Cable5 again in the near future and I have already recommended Cable5 to extended family members.
