I ordered LED lamp that I needed in 4 days.

After placing my order I tried to phone but no one picked and started to panic. Then I sent them a Facebook message and it took them 5 minutes to back to me. I was told to pay for express shipping and I did then my order was delivered.

Please get a landline or something.
