Dishonesty from Cable 5

Cable 5 advertised products as if they have it in stock. On the same page as their add appears exactly the same product for one third of the price, but from China. Because they are local, and have the product in stock, I decided to save time on delivery and bought from them. Then, with my money, they ordered the product from China and I still have to wait for weeks for delivery. Well, a month after their said delivery date, I received the part, but a totally wrong part, not even close to what I ordered. After bringing that to their attention, they keep on promising to come back to me, but only empty promises, as they ignore my whats apps and even my reports on this site. I now am the proud owner of some tablet or cellphone part that I can do nothing with. they ar happy because they have their money and to them, they deal is done. They were dishonest from the very start on November 25, 2021 and yet today, February 14, 2022. They didn't keep their word to neither refund, nor replace the part. Only their ignorance prevail.
