Disappointing service

I have ordered a product early in December that wasn’t delivered after many empty promises from Cable 5 I cancelled my order. Cable 5 indicated that I will get a refund after 5working days. It is now almost 3 weeks later and have not received any refund. No reply on my mails and no answer when I am trying to phone them. Please be cautious when you do business with them.
