Delays but eventually successful

Purchased online and only received confirmation from pay fast that my payment had been successful. Zero email from cable5. After 2 weeks still no delivery and no correspondence. Sent email and got quick response requesting additional info. Rep**** immediately with info. No response. Followed up with second request and received prompt reply with tracking number. Goods delivered today (3 weeks after purchase). Poor correspondence but goods ordered where delivered correctly.
