Cable5 Extremely Bad Service

Placed an order with this company for a cell phone case on the 2nd of May. The website indicated that the item was in stock so no long waiting periods waiting to come in from China or where ever they get it from. So it's now been just short of 14 days and nothing, I got an email from the so called owner to thank me for my purchase and to send him a mail about my experience, which I did and needless to say there has been no reply from him either. I mailed 3 times and tried to phone numerous times and nothing. Only bought from them as I use payfast regularly and thought they would only deal with ethical companies, well I was wrong on that one 2. I was charged R99 for delivery from Capetown which I do regularly and normally recieve my items within 4 days. Absolutely atrocious service from these people
