Cable 5 dishonesty

No wonder that the page of TRUSTPILOT 75% of reviews were terrible regarding service delivery from Cable 5. I had a very bad experience myself with the company, and I strongly believe that they deliberately take money and don't deliver as promised. Its four months now that I tried to get a refund on a product I ordered, never got feedback, at last received a total wrong item, and to get them to return the wrong item at their cost, like most online companies like Takelot do. They advertised the item as if is is in stock. After receiving payment, they then order the item from China. In stead of waiting 6 - 12 workdays, it took almost 12 weeks to receive the wrong item. They ignore all correspondence and reviews. Writing a review doesn't help in any way, as they don't care. Well, just go to TRUSTPILOT and see for yourself what 75% of clients experienced, and keep your money safe. They are overpriced an dishonest.Think twice, buy once.
