Unprofessional, rude and unorganized staff members

The owners are extremely unprofessional, unorganised and just plain rude. Firstly, there is only one person running the entire venue, the owner's wife, Michelle. She walks around with no smile on her face and is definitely not welcoming. We were about 20 girls in the bridal suite getting read for a wedding. They locked the kitchen, they did not offer us any glasses to drink our juice and sparkling wine, they didn't offer any cutlery for us to eat our morning and afternoon snacks. When we asked for more toilet paper, she almost had a fit and almost did not even give that to us. Secondly, the bride did not want many decorations on the tables. When the flowers were delivered, she (Michelle) walked to the bride and said "Is this really ALL that you are putting on the tables?". I mean, it is the brides choice. If the bride doesn't want a big wedding, she doesn't want a big wedding, and the owner should not have to say anything about this. Thirdly, the venue closes at 00:00 which is all fair. However on the night of the wedding, a rain/thunder storm broke out around this time. Only a few guests were still at the venue, however no music was playing and no drinks were being served. The guests were just waiting for the storm to pass seeing that the cars and the accommodation are very far from the venue. The owner, Oluf I think is his name, stormed in there, started screaming at the bride and the rest of the guest to leave the venue immediately, despite the storm outside. We agreed to leave the venue, but we asked for umbrellas. He rep**** with this unprofessional, snotty line: "when you go to a restaurant, for example the Spur, and it is raining, do they also offer you umbrellas?". The guests and the bride, IN HER STUNNING WHITE WEDDING DRESS had to leave the venue in the rain and mud. This is disgusting behavior and I would most certainly NOT RECOMMEND this venue. It is very beautiful and the food was very good yes, however it is definitely overpriced and the owners are unpleasant and unwelcoming. I am most certain that the Spur would indeed offer better service than these people running the Cabbage and Rose venue.
