Refused to provide me with vegetarian meal

Hello<br> <br> Please take note that our company held a training course on the 15th October 2015 at your venue.<br> We were a group of 10 people and due to 4 of us observing our Hindu fast during that period, we asked for vegetarians meals.<br> I made a point of confirming at 7:30am with your catering staff that vegetarian meals will be provided which they said it would be.<br> <br> At team break at 10am, I went to have tea and noticed no vegetarian snack, hence I asked about this from your chef who was standing at the meal counter.<br> He was very rude to myself and advised me that he does not have anything for me because there is another large group attending a training and all of the vegetarian snacks are needed for them. He refused to give my anything although you had prepared these.<br> Please note that I am one person and I was not going to eat the entire tray of vegetarian snacks. I only needed 1 of these.<br> I found the behaviour and attitude of your chef disgusting. Is this how you treat customers?<br> <br> I actually asked again and another one of your staff members (not the chefs) actually went and brought me a vegetarian snack.<br> <br> I will not recommend that my company use your conference centre again
