Bad Customer Service

Hellopeter I bought these coaches at Coricraft two ago and having kids around they got stained so I went to coricraft to seek advice they highly recommended Cabana Enterprises as they do all the jobs for all their customers who have the similar problem with me. So I called in the guys to come to my please to do the job but after cleaning I got worried because my coaches lost its original color as well as the texture. I called the office to enquiry I was told not to worried they will be fine after two weeks. It got worse after that the leather is breaking, they are faded in color that look super old and horrible. I called the office and I was told that it is unfortunate that there's is nothing they can do they apologize. Hellopeter I chose to use this business because I thought they are professional at what they do and they came highly recommended by Coricraft. They have failed me dismally and the only thing I got from them was that my situation is unfortunate. Please intervene this guy must replace my coaches Regads Jabu
