Pool not really heated

Hi Hope you are well I just want to bring to your attention that the heated pool is really not heated and it's cold... Heated means hot. The only reason we booked here was because the kids can enjoy the heated pool. The beaches are not officially open, so what will the kids do for the rest of the week. Please advise what can you do for me. Thanks
