refund from Cab taxy

I booked a taxi online on cab taxy to be picked up at Villa Teressa guesthouse in Sorrento to Naples Airport on the 06/07/2025. I do have the reference number and a trail of emails from them and I paid euro61. Cab taxy cancelled the trip and they asked for my banking details so that they can refund me. I have been sending the emails reminding them about my refund but there is no response. Please help me to track my refund.
