Great Service

I returned a bag of Almonds which had developed little worms. It was replaced instantly - and three days later I got a call saying they wanted to give me a R100 gift voucher. I explained that was not necessary as they had already replaced the nuts - but they insisted. I am hugely impressed and look forward to myR100 voucher.
