Disappointed first experience

Yesterday I baked the death by chocolate ****ins for the first time only to find a broken egg shell in one of the ****ins... Every ****in after that just tasted crunchy to me and it wasn't a pleasant experience.... Only heard good things about you guys and this was quite disappointing
