CAB Foods Factory Refused to Replace Edible Icing sheet in Prepack Plastic (REJECTS)

I have logged a customer complaint today around 15h00 at Brackenfell CAB Foods store regarding baking goodies. My wife and l every year shop at CAB Foods Brackenfell and this year is our 5th years son's birthday and the theme chosen was "NINJA ICING EDIBLE SHEET" to cover the birthday cake- previous year was Mickey mouse and the year before was Paw Patrol. Today we arrived at the CAB store Brackenfell at 13h40 to enquire about EDIBLE ICING sheets- we were told that to go into the computer- it is Load shedding by the sales person and at 14h00 it will return on and on the counter were different wrapped ICING sheets to chose from as we were in a hurry and not to wait for 14h00 for the electricity to go on.We chose the"NINJA ICING EDIBLE" and a few other kiddies stuff - paid and left the store.We went straight to OUMA SE WINKEL to have the "NINJA ICING EDIBLE" covered on the son's birthday cake- only to be told that the "NINJA ICING EDIBLE" is broken in the wrapped plastic cover.We returned to CABS Foods factory shop same day at 15h00 to explain about the icing sheet which is broken into pieces when OUMA SE WINKEL tried to remove it out of its plastic packet. Sales persons Nadine and Natasha were not VERY HELPFUL to solve the problem- to replace it or to refund the item and only to hear that it is REJECTS from the CABS Foods Head Office and it is written on my complaint sheet of the product.Natasha further told me the manager will not allow his cellphone given out or me speaking to the manager myself and she keeps telling me to have a new one(icing sheet) made on the computer which will be a new cost. I requested a copy of my complaint form and left the "REJECT NINJA ICING EDIBLE SHEET" in the hands of Natasha to take it up with the manager.Honestly speaking this is Unacceptable to sell REJECTS to clients and accept that it is quality product with NO DUE DATES coz the product is useless.
