No response, worst service ever!

This company installed so called CCTV cameras on our school's premises in early June 2016. This year in 2017, three of the cameras stopped working. We phoned the technician several times, no response, we phoned the company landline and emailed them serveral times, no feedback. After months of trying the technician, Charles came and only switched two wires on the cameras, he said he would look at the power supply the coming Friday, he never even came to the school, no phone call, no apology. We now have to get other CCTV camera companies to fix their mistakes, we found out these cameras are cheap and can be bought at Traders market for R100 each and it's also not outdoor cameras but indoor cameras, they also quoted us for cameras that wasn't even installed. This is by far the worst service. No after sale service, I would never recommend them to anyone! We paid R15960 for cameras that are not working and we need these cameras because we are a Daycare.
