Extremely Poor Service Provided

They have extremely poor communication skills and offered very little assistance when I asked for help in understanding exactly what I can claim/deduct from my Tax returns. I also received very little to no assistance when using them to Register my company for Tax. This is quite a contrast to what their businesses website entails their mission is so I would be very careful using them for any accounting/auditing services.
