Useless customer service
Useless customer service. I was told by Calvin Tuniz we had a lifetime guarantee on the soft close hinges they installed. 2 years later he won't live up to the promises made 2 years ago. He just says look at the quotation.. I have phoned him about 50 times in the last week.. he doesn't return calls. He promises to send pictures of the hinges that have the lifetime guarantee but just ignores Calls and whatsaps. Would never recommend this company. It's changed its name to CA kitchens now. Watch out!

Sorry that you feel ignored after our lengthy conversations 2 days ago.
I am completely unaware that you have problems with your HINGES as the photo you sent me was of a soft close ball bearing RUNNER for your dustbin which has clearly been abused over the past 2 years .If there was a quality problem with the runners all drawers would have an issue.
I have been doing some research the last 2 days (since we spoke last) and there is no hinge or runner that comes with a lifetime guarantee so I’m not sure where you got this from as a company we have never said that.
Furthermore to our conversation on Wednesday there is no guarantee on the engineered stone against chipping as this is another man handling issue that you are expecting us to resolve when you chipped your own top.
I did send you a message today however I see you have blocked me.

27 Jul 2021, 17:56Once again blaming the customer for sub standard workmanship. I don't understand what you are talking about a chip on the engineering stone.. I never mentioned you needing to fix or replace any engineered stone.(This must be one of your many unsatisfied customers).. as for the runners / ball-bearing runners / hinges, you stood in my kitchen and said, "don't worry, all these solf close cupboards come with a life time guarantee, so if you ever have any problems, you will sort them out". Obviously you just use cleaver cupboard fitters jargon to dance your way out of that one. This is actually the second time I have had a problem with my bin, and a year ago when your mommy was running the business that was handed to you, she honored your promise and fixed it for free.. Obviously now, the guarantee left when she did.
