DISGUSTING, TRAUMATIZED MY KIDS IN THE CAR!!!!!!!
<p>My husband hired a car from David for the past 8 months. It was told to us we can hir a black velocity golf, when we got there they gave us a peugot to use for 3 days until the golf was "ready". We got the golf and my husband quickly realised there was alot wrong with the car, he then called David and we were told they would come fix. Well the motor blew and they came to collect the car and we were given another red velocity golf to use in the meantime until the black golf was fixed. We repeatedly called David and we were told he will not refund our deposit as WE messed the car up. We then began problems with the current golf, cv joints, the car had def been in a smash before as it was scew, one side has 15" tyres and other 14". The back lights had actually melted so we had no break lights and the ball bearings were so loud and the exhaust it was just fumes coming into the car. This morning 10/06/2017 when returned to CA Cars and spoke to David, asked him to either give us a decent running car or refund our money we had paid. We paid every month without fail. He refused, ran out and broke the golf door handle with my KIDS in the car to get in. He demanded the keys and we refused wanting our refund first. They proceeded to then break in the stearing wheel, ignition etc in the car. The police were called and tried their best to try and get the golf into the back so that police could not see what damaged they have caused trying to pin it on us. We have photos and recordings of what they did. David then came out with an inspection form demanding my husband sign before he gets any money, but they had already caused an enormous amount of damage to the car so how could we sign an inspection form????? He was disgusting and very aggressive. I have never received such bad service in my entire life. I will be posting the pics on every website i can find i.e facebook and im taking it further as my kids are traumatized. We are yet to receive any money and we still have the car keys. If you have been a victim to these people PLEASE come forward and lets close this business for GOOD.</p>
Mr Rauch rented a gold velocity from us from 15-09-2016, Mr Rauch then asked us if he can change his payment date to the end of the month because that is when he gets paid which we assisted him with. Last year December Mr Rauch was contacted on different occasions to ask him to please come and collect the licence disk of the vehicle which he refused to do so we had to send a driver to deliver the disk as Mr Rauch received fines for an outstanding licence, in April this year Mr Rauch called us as the vehicle broke down, we send our mechanic with a replacement vehicle and the vehicle rented was returned to our workshop. The vehicle was in the worst state we have ever seen any of our vehicles. The stickers removed, full of mud and dust, used on a gravel road with scratches all over the side of the vehicle, because the vehicle is black all these scratches were visible after cleaning the vehicle the inside was full of ash and cigarette butts he also put out cigarette butts on the right rear view mirror. We took photos of the state the vehicle was which is at our office in our black book. The valet centre had to take the seats out to clean them and the steering wheel had to be taken off to get pressure washed, in out black book you will see the invoice of the vehicle valet and the note at the bottom that said worst vehicle we ever had to clean.
We decided not to give Mr Rauch back the vehicle and said the replacement vehicle he has he must return when his lease expires the end of the month he agreed and said he can rent a brand new polo somewhere else for R2500 pm. Month end Mr Rauch contacted us and asked if he can keep the vehicle he has as he cannot afford another vehicle and if we give him discount he will keep the vehicle which we did and he kept the vehicle. On Saturday Mr Rauch stormed into our office requesting a newer vehicle, after he was explained that we will not give him another one because he got the one at a discounted rate and he uses them on gravel roads, smokes inside the vehicles and leave them in a terrible state he said that we will do whatever the *(&^^& he wants because he pays for the car, when he starting threatening us that he will damage the vehicle our company decided to cancel his agreement with immediate effect, Mr Rauch did not want to hand over the keys so the police was called and we took possession of our vehicle. The steering wheel locked so we had to take the steering wheel off to move the vehicle into our yard.
On the incoming inspection we noted only damage caused by the client and it clearly said the steering column was taking off by ourselves.
It is impossible to have 14 and 15 inch tyres on a vehicle that has the same standard vw rims on all 4 tyres, photos was taken and put in our black book with the others of Mr Rauch to proof all 4 tyres are 175/65/14
