C2M Chartered Accountants Inc COMPLETELY USELESS

Honestly the worst experience ever. They lack expertise, knowledge and initiative. I experienced a lack of professionalism, communication, knowledge and initiative! I had to correct the lady assisting me numerous times. ( and she's the paid expert) They didn't call me when they should have; to assist and ensure I understood the next steps. They didn't ask any questions to assist in my tax return. My overall consensus is that they don't know how to take care of their clients, to follow up. I left feeling scared for anyone trusting them with their company audits, tax returns and overall dealings with C2M. I would urge you to find people that you can trust who have the correct expertise and who care about their clients AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
