Wanting me to pay for services I did not use

C way computers did not debit my account on the day agreed on I’m not sure if they deleted the debit order. So they disconnected my services. I took my bank statement to them and showed them that they did not come into my account to debit at all and there was enough money. Now they want me to pay reconnection fee. I’m not happy with them at all I refuse to pay when it was their mistake. Time is going by it’s towards the end of the month already and they want me to pay for the services of the whole month of Jan plus reconnection fee and still pay monthend for the services of Feb month. That’s a reap off!!
