Unfair treatment!!!

The some of the people at the front desk i feel like they tend to give an 'i dont care attitude' towards black people. Recently i went to have my internet moved to my new place of residence, I had to put the internet moving request by them several times!! cause it was simple being ignored!! and not noted anywhere and they made me pay for the month that I had moved from the house even if I had reported in a months advance that I was not gna be needing service for the month since ill be moving as per their procedure to avoid billing, but as usual, the lady I had reported to, simply denied my report and told me that I was supposed to follow a certain procedure for that of which she failed to explain when I reported. Ok fine I ended up paying the money unfairly cause I had no choice. to my surprise even after that they still refused to connect the internet 'ridiculously' saying i must also pay for the next months fee before they connect, ignoring the fact that the current month has already been paid for. I truly think we should be taken as seriously as everyone since we paying the same money!!!
