Imagine having to pay for something that hasn’t been installed, processed or debited for. I app**** for the connection and unfortunately life circumstances occurred and I realised that I couldn’t continue with the process. To my surprise they refuse to let me cancel and say that for them to process the cancellation I have to pay a high fee. They say I should’ve said sooner, however they were unavailable.
